Virool is built to respect developers — the most privacy-sensitive audience there is. We render ads only in surfaces we own (our own editor panel and an opt-in terminal statusline). We never patch, rewrite, or inject into another vendor's software.

What we collect

An anonymous device id, created before you ever sign in.
Per-ad events: which ad, which surface, how long it was visible, whether you clicked.
Your email — only after you sign in, so we can credit and pay you.
Your payout wallet address — only when you add one.

What we never touch

Your code, prompts, or AI responses. Ever. Billing telemetry runs only when your editor's telemetry consent is on.

Payouts & compliance

You keep 70% of ad revenue, withdrawable as USDC (min $5). Crypto payouts are gated behind identity verification (KYC/AML) and sanctions screening, and tax details are collected before money moves, per your jurisdiction.
